In the introduction, I explain the basic principles and a glossary of terms that will be necessary to understand to get the most from the program. I explain what I mean when I refer to the mind, ego, identity, drama, blame versus responsibility, surrender, letting go of the outcome, arguing with reality and God (and other variations of that term like 'the Universe', 'life', 'source' 'the divine').
Lesson 1 - The Importance Of Belief
If you don't believe that you can meet your true self, if you don't believe that you can go behind your mind, then you haven't got a chance. This lesson takes care of any uncertainty or self-doubt about your capacity to find inner harmony.
Lesson 2 - The Ego's Mealplan
You'll learn exactly how the ego feeds on you in this lesson. I will share all of its sly ways that it will try to stay alive and keep you feeling 'not enough, not there yet, not fulfilled, not, not, not...". You are going to learn how to starve it and how to be ready for it when it tries to sneak in the back door for a free meal.
This work is simple. Your focus will be to develop an empty mind. In this lesson I will share why that is the solution to inner harmony and how you can create that.
Lesson 4 - Let Go Of Being Right
One of the favorite states of the egoic mind is the "I know" mind. It keeps us arrogant, separate and lonely. This lesson will help you to identify when it happens and learn how to release that habit in favor of inner harmony and freedom.
Lesson 5 - Overcome Catastrophizing
Future catastrophizing is a common human past-time. It's a complete waste of time and energy. This lesson will help you to identify when it happens and eliminate this destructive habit.
Lesson 6 - Eliminate Past Poisoning
There is no good reason to refer to the past except to learn from it. Often our minds go there to feed us bitterness, anger, resentment and negativity. Being able to catch when your mind is doing that and shifting your attention back to the present will be massively transformational for you. In this lesson, I will show you how to do that.
Lesson 7 - Overcome Approval Needs
As long as our mind seeks the approval of anyone else, we are not free. I help you to see just how much your need for approval is sabotaging your inner harmony and freedom and I share with you how you can let go of it.
Lesson 8 - Choose Joy Not Pleasure
Pleasure is external, joy is internal. In this lesson, I will help you to differentiate the two and to recognize when your mind is luring you into the dangerous den of pleasure and gratification which always disappear and leave us in lack or serious emotional pain. Joy on the other hand... well tune into lesson 8 to learn how you can generate your own joy supply!
Lesson 9 - What Surrender Means
This tool will be the golden tool in your toolkit. All stress comes from your resistance to what is showing up in your life. When you master the art of surrender, then there is no obstacle in the way of you truly meeting yourself. In this lesson, I explain what surrender is and what it is not. You'll still get to set goals and enjoy life, don't worry! ;-)
Lesson 10 - No More Drama!
If you are following this approach to life, then you will not want to create, engage in or entertain any kind of drama. In this lesson I will help you to identify where drama exists in your life and how you can choose to be no longer available for it - no matter how dramatic the life story appears to be.
